INDUSTRIAL PASSENGER TERMINAL AREA FUELING AND WASH BUILDINGS COBB COMMUNITY TRANSIT MULTI-USE FACILITY This project was a $3,934,000 multi-use complex for Cobb County’s Transit System. It consisted of a new Transit Bus Wash Facility, Bus Fueling/ Lubrication Facility, 100,000 sf Bus Storage and Passenger Terminal, and the Compressed Natural Gas Fueling Facility (CNG). The CNG facility is for the first Natural Gas fueled busses for the county’s community transit program. The construction of this project required close coordination and an increased level of communication with the county’s consulting engineers due to the fact they had a very aggressive schedule for bringing this facility on line. This level of communication and attention to detail from our management team resulted in the expedited completion of this project.
