The Police Station was a new 20,000sf 2-story steel framed structure which served as the city’s new police administrative offices. The Detention Center was a 16,000sf new addition and upgrade to their existing facility and 911 Center. SENIOR CENTERS
The North Cobb Senior Center, Austell, GA - a 10,000 sf wood framed facility was a publicly bid project intended to serve as a community center for the senior citizens of Cobb County, GA.
As the successful bidder, coupled with our assistance in value engineering the original design, we were contracted to construct this $1.2 million project which consisted of Multi-purpose Rooms, Activity Rooms, Classrooms and Computer administrative offices and other public areas.
This facility was constructed within the confines of an existing park complex which required the attention of our field staff with regard to continued accessibility of the park and safety concerns for the public.
